| Post Placement Assurance |
| We maintain strict adherence to policies and procedures to monitor the on-going progress of our consultants after they have started an engagement |
| From the time a consultant is assigned to a client, the Account Manager stays in contact with the client and the Consultant to ensure that expectations are being met on both sides. |
| Bi-weekly Project Status reporting system where the consultant provides status and schedule updates to the Account Manager. This process allows us to identify any problem areas. Additionally, this is a robust mechanism for evaluating performance strengths and weaknesses of every consultant that is fed back to the Qualification and Assessment System. |
