User Options

Power User:

Power Users, also known as Enterprise users, have the most advanced capabilities. These users have the permission to define your organization’s hierarchy levels, create user groups and teams, assign and own projects, issues and action items. Power users have access to all enterprise and executive reports in the system.

Standard User:

Standard Users have full permission for the issues and tasks assigned. These users have the ability to add and own issues and action items. Standard users can maintain issue details, be assigned actions and submit comments as an issue team member. Standard users have access to the standard reports for the issue, task and document reporting.
